Emergency Preparedness and Response Teams
We stay abreast of, and respond to, changing conditions that may impact your vacation plans at our resorts – from applicable weather impacts and relevant maintenance projects to governmental mandates in response to communicable illnesses, such as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our dedicated emergency preparedness and response teams remain focused on the safety and well-being of our members, guests and associates.
Monitoring Health Guidelines
We follow guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local health departments, as well as other governmental recommendations and requirements. In addition to our already rigorous cleaning protocols, we continue to work closely with industry and vendor leaders to stay abreast of any updates or new products and processes.
As part of our Care & Cleanliness Commitment, thank you for following these healthy steps, for the safety of all members, guests and colleagues: washing hands thoroughly and consistently; covering a cough or sneeze; avoiding unnecessary personal contact such as shaking hands; and avoiding public spaces — and refraining from travel — when not feeling well.
Please note: Certain communicable illnesses, such as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), are highly contagious. We encourage you to take steps to mitigate your risk of contracting communicable illnesses, such as COVID-19, including following recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
