Face coverings may be recommended or required. To learn more, please review the resort property-specific information below and Face Covering Requirement information.

Face Coverings at Our Resorts

As recommended by the CDC, Owners and guests are encouraged to wear a face covering indoors, regardless of vaccination status, in areas the CDC defines as substantial or high for COVID-19 transmission. This recommendation is in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts operate.

Please refer to the Resort Update page for specific information regarding local government mandates that may currently be in place.

Face coverings are required for all unvaccinated Owners, Members, and guests at each of our resorts. Shared spaces where face coverings must be worn by unvaccinated Owners, Members, and guests include the following:

  • Indoor public spaces and common areas.
  • Lobbies.
  • Food & beverage outlets, including pool bars, convenience stores, and other similar venues.
  • Fitness centers.
  • Outdoor public spaces where social distance of 6 feet (2 meters) cannot be maintained.

Please Note: The above requirements are in addition to any applicable face covering requirements mandated by governmental authorities in the jurisdictions where our resorts are located.

Exceptions

The following exceptions apply to the above face covering requirements for unvaccinated Owners, Members, and guests while on property, but please note that any more stringent requirements mandated by governmental authorities in jurisdictions where our resorts are located will still apply:

  • Individuals younger than 2 years old.
  • Individuals with a health or medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering.
  • Individuals who are actively communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
  • Individuals who are eating or drinking and seated at a food establishment on property. (Individuals will be required to wear a face covering while moving around the food establishment and until they are seated at their table.)
  • Individuals who are exercising outdoors, including running, biking, and swimming, and who are able to socially distance while doing so.
Please Note: Certain communicable illnesses, such as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), are highly contagious. We encourage you to take steps to mitigate your risk of contracting communicable illnesses, such as COVID-19, including following recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.

General Property Updates

Guests should be aware of the following:

As of Jan. 23, 3023, elevator service is available in two buildings, subject to intermittent outages due to ongoing repairs.  Elevator service is currently unavailable in the other two buildings due to damage caused by Hurricane Ian.

PLEASE NOTE: We anticipate that elevator service in February will only be available in one building, subject to intermittent outages due to ongoing repairs. Elevator service is currently unavailable in the other three buildings due to damage caused by Hurricane Ian, and we cannot guarantee a room with elevator service will be available during your visit.

As you are likely aware, unfortunately, the resort was impacted by Hurricane Ian’s landfall on September 29. The resort is partially reopened as we continue to work on restoring the property to its pre-hurricane condition. While every effort has been made to isolate storm-related restoration efforts on villa building floors, owners and guests may experience construction noise and the presence of contractors around the resort. We apologize for these inconveniences and appreciate your understanding.

Construction Updates

The adjacent golf course, Raptor Bay Golf Club, is undergoing renovation and is currently closed. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours through Fall 2023.
